The Annual Dallas Chili Cookoff. Our client would host this event every October for their local clients. We'd collect all the teams' recipes beforehand and shop/measure out ingredients, as well as set up each cooking station before teams arrived to ensure the cooking experience was as enjoyable for the guests as possible.
